About

Welcome to Feeding Foundations Hub

At Feeding Foundations Hub, we believe every mealtime should be safe, confident, and enjoyable. I’m Lauren, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in feeding and swallowing across the lifespan — from infants learning to feed, to children navigating picky eating, to adults managing dysphagia.

Whether you’re introducing solids to your baby, supporting a child with oral motor challenges, or helping an adult regain safe eating skills, you’ll find trustworthy guidance here.
