Welcome to Feeding Foundations Hub
At Feeding Foundations Hub, we believe every mealtime should be safe, confident, and enjoyable. I’m Lauren, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in feeding and swallowing across the lifespan — from infants learning to feed, to children navigating picky eating, to adults managing dysphagia.
